IP65 rated and weighing just 3.75 kg with battery, it features an 8.4" LCD touchscreen (800×600 px) with upgradeable software. Conventional UT functions include velocity/zero calibration, angle calibration, DAC, TCG, AVG/DGS, full-screen A-scan, coordinate switching, surface compensation, auto freeze, auto gain, wave compare, API, AWS, CSC, B-scan, flat weld groove raytracing, and crack height measurement.
PA capabilities cover up to 6 groups per probe, dual-probe simultaneous inspection, BEA function, and 8 flat weld groove types (V, Half-V, Y, X, U, I, Y with backing, Asymmetric). The TOFD module includes a 5-step wizard, flaw height/length measurement, and advanced image processing. PC software provides automated Word/Excel reporting.
