The CTS-9009PLUS is a portable digital ultrasonic flaw detector featuring adjustable spike & square wave pulsers up to 500V, a high-resolution 640×480 display with VGA video output, and operating frequencies from 0.5 to 20 MHz. IP65 rated (IP67 optional) for dustproof and waterproof protection in demanding environments.
Key capabilities include adjustable damping, probe spectrum analysis, edge peak echo method for crack height measurement, maximum sampling rate of 240 MHz with 0.1 mm measurement resolution, RF echo display, DAC curve, AGC auto gain control, and advanced thickness measurement. Supports up to 500 saved sets of curves and waveforms. Complies with EN-12668-1 and ASTM E317-1 standards, as well as AWS D1.1/D1.5 and API 5UE evaluation standards.
The integrated 100Mbps Ethernet port enables real-time PC display and remote control with lossless data transfer for reporting and analysis. Weighing approximately 1.25 kg, typical applications include pipes and tubes, welding seams, pressure vessels, airplane parts, forgings, castings, thin plates, and rail inspection.
