CTS-5XX1

The CTS-5XX1 is a PC-based automatic ultrasonic testing system delivering "high accuracy, reliability and high efficiency" for automated industrial inspection. It integrates probe detection with mechanical devices for comprehensive, repeatable NDT workflows.

Modular channel configurations of 32, 64, 96, or 128 channels across 4 housing types provide scalability for any application. Each PCB provides 8 independent T/R channels; any TX can pair with any RX, with up to 8 group combinations per PCB. Sequential or simultaneous PCB operation is selectable.

Real-time A-scan with audio/visual alarms, B-scan full recording with replay, 2D rotary encoder, and automatic sensor detection are all included. LAN and WiFi connectivity supports integration into automated production lines. Data management and statistics functions complete the system.
