The CTS-49 and CTS-59 represent the newest generation of ultrasonic thickness gauges from SIUI, incorporating advanced technology for professional corrosion monitoring and thickness measurement. At just 0.6 kg with battery, they are highly portable for field use.
The generous 5" colour TFT-LCD display (800×480 px) with LED backlight delivers excellent visibility, including in direct sunlight. A measurement range of 0.5–600 mm accommodates both thin-wall components and heavy structural elements. Single and dual element probes are supported.
Operating modes include Normal, Velocity, Through Coating, and Echo-to-Echo. Auto-search automatically adjusts delay, range, gain, and gate for rapid probe setup. One-point, two-point, and fast zero calibration options are available. The CTS-59 additionally supports dialogue probes with auto-recognition to minimise measurement errors.
