The RailRover is a hand-push rail flaw detector designed around the principle: "Hand Push, Easy to Use, Reliable." It features 9 ultrasonic T/R detection channels plus an independent handheld channel for weld and rail foot testing — delivering comprehensive rail integrity assessment in a single pass.
Integrated GPS location tracking records testing time, position, walking distance, and speed for every scan. Internal 4GB memory with micro SD card transfer supports infinite continuous recording. Channel offset enables B-mode image correction for accurate defect positioning.
The PC software suite (RoverUp) provides full data management, measurement tools for defect analysis, reporting, and multi-language support. Data can be reviewed on-site or analysed in detail via connected PC.
