Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
The CTS-30A and CTS-30B are ultrasonic thickness gauges employing microprocessor technology and advanced manufacturing processes for accurate measurement of thickness and acoustic velocity on metal and many other materials using the ultrasound principle.
The CTS-30B extends the CTS-30A with fast scan mode, two-point calibration, and multi-probe selection — adding flexibility for varied inspection requirements. Both models are engineered for long operational life, delivering up to 30 hours per set of batteries.
Measurement accuracy of 0.01 mm / 0.1 mm and a range of 0.8–300 mm (400 mm in steel) cover the vast majority of industrial thickness gauging applications. On-board storage holds up to 5000 measurement sets and 100 parameter sets. EN15317 compliant.
