Automated PA & TOFD Scanner Family
The Industrial Ultrasonic Crawler family provides automated NDT inspection solutions for pipes, vessels, plates, and structural welds. Each model is engineered for specific application geometries and access constraints.
LPS-01 / LPS-02 — Phased Array Low Profile Crawlers for circumferential weld inspection on small-diameter pipes (20.32–114.3 mm OD). Dual-probe, adjustable spacing 0–55 mm, encoder 32.6 steps/mm, urethane wheels, 15 mm clearance.
UHTS-X02 — Manual PA and TOFD Crawler, foldable design, for girth and longitudinal welds on larger pipes (≥500–600 mm diameter). Up to 3 probe holder pairs, magnetic wheels, spring guidance.
PTS-P05 — Compact handheld PA & TOFD Crawler with adjustable probe arm spacing and magnetic wheels for plates and pipes. PES-01 — Miniature PA crawler, aluminium alloy, IP68, encoder 19.2 steps/mm for butt welds and plates. TSB-1/2-P05 — TOFD crawlers with magnetic wheels and adjustable orientation for transverse/vertical scanning on plates.
